This thesis informs about the omnipresent phenomenon of time. It contains representative examples of time recognition in our society, a philosophical point of view and the personal, individual experience of time. To illustrate this abstract subject, the author refers to an extensive selection of contemporary motion pictures dealing with time in a unique style. The audience may force its consciousness and awareness of time already while reading.
